Six Mile Creek Estate
Collingwood Drive, Collingwood Park
A vast project spanning 84ha and 1000 lots, Six Mile Creek Estate is a leading example of masterful community planning. Incorporating the existing wetlands and native bushland into the design, the site has more than 19ha dedicated to parklands. Our commitment to developing communities, not just projects, led to us securing the construction of the crucial $8.5million Collingwood Drive trunk arterial upgrade and the $2.4million District Park for the enjoyment of our residents.
Bulimba Creek Village
Fleming Road, Tingalpa
In consultation with the local community, we conceived an estate which preserves the high-value wetlands and squirrel glider habitat on site; as well as the historical anti-aircraft bunkers scattered throughout. The end result is a 48ha mixed-use multi-stage subdivision that canvasses parks, retail and multiple housing types from apartment to detached dwellings nestled in the Bulimba Creek catchment.
Park Hill Village
Corner of Wynnum and Creek Roads, Murarrie
Acquired in 1997, juxgold group unrecognisably transformed a former cattle yard into a bustling 78ha residential and commercial hub; rejuvenating Murarrie and Cannon Hill into liveable areas. A key feature of our vision was to seamlessly weave the site's natural environment into our development where parklands not only served as recreational spaces but also functional engineering solutions.

Park Hill Village Collection
19 Governor Terrace, Murarrie
One of the last remaining sites in our Park Hill Village project, this project covers 65 townhouses and 70 apartments to be completed over three stages. The project exudes class and sophistication; with some townhouses enjoying unprecedent views of lush greenery and the CBD.
Robina Fairways
17 Great Southern Drive, Robina
Fronting the Palmer Gold Coast Gold Course, juxgold renegotiated development approval conditions for the site with the local council in response to prevailing market conditions and created a community which delivers both form, function and proximity to its surrounds.
Whitley Place
18 Whitely Street, Mount Gravatt East
Whitley Place illustrates juxgold's capacity to deliver innovative medium-density housing solutions. The site consists of 63 apartments and townhouses that provide easy access to Westfield Garden City, Griffith University and Greenslopes Private Hospital. Intricate and demanding because of the site's natural challenges, we worked closely with industry leaders and local council to maintain the aesthetic integrity of the development.

Southgate Corporate Park
Wynnum Road, Cannon Hill
Realising the potential offered by the proximity to the Gateway precinct, we teamed up with Anthony John Group to create a purpose-built corporate park, at the Wynnum Road end of the site, which has attracted renowned companies including Nab, Westpac, the Queensland Government, Holden and Isuzu Utes.
